Books by Chris Genoa

My first novel was published in spring 2005 by Eraserhead Press and has since gone on to make us all very proud. The book is about time travel, monkeys, robots, religion, aliens, and every other science fiction archetype I could cram in there. In many ways the book is a tribute to my three favorite authors: Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, and Samuel Beckett.


My follow-up to Foop! is Lick Your Neighbor: A Novel of America. This dark, silly little novel is an alternate history tale about the first Thanksgiving in Plymouth. It features mutants, talking marine life, completely inaccurate accounts of what life was like for the pilgrims, and all sorts of turkey-related humor (which apparently isn't too hot right now).



My latest book is The Monkey & the Barrel: A Novel of Kung Fu and Foolish Love. It is a dark comedy inspired by my love of old kung fu films and Chinese wuxia literature. The book has been completed and will hopefully be published sometime before I'm dead.
