Madam, what a handsome moustache you wear!

DonQuixoteHorse

This just might be the best review of Foop! yet. And by best I don't mean the most gushingly positive. I mean the most thoughtful. This, folks, is how you write a book review. Here's an excerpt, and you can check out the full review at Reflection's Edge:

"Foop! is a surreal and often hilarious romp through the neuroses of the MTV generation, more similar to Fight Club and American Psycho than traditional science fiction--and it will likely develop the same cult following. Although Foop! borrows liberally from the tradition of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams, new author Chris Genoa is willing to take risks that set Foop! apart--such as beginning the book with a nonsensical sing-along overture...yanking the readers through hair-pin roller coaster corkscrews of lunacy...The hilarious first chapter alone is worth the price of the book...a new, innovative, clever author with a thrilling amount of potential: when he's good, he's so good that no one can touch him."

And since I hate just posting a new review and nothing else, here's a little something extra: THE SURREALIST COMPLIMENT GENERATOR, filling all of your surreal compliment needs since the site was last modified in 1906. And I should know...

"Foop! could well be the most surreal book I have ever read."
